Resort Guiding – Safely Explore the Best Snow in Hokkaido Experience a premium in-resort guiding service tailored for those seeking the best powder without the guesswork. Ideal for riders new to the area or anyone who wants to ride confidently with a local expert. Available in Niseko, Rusutsu, and Teine. Let our experienced local Japanese guides, who know the mountains inside and out, lead you to hidden powder stashes based on the day’s snow and weather conditions. This service safely covers resort runs and permitted sidecountry areas. Perfect for individuals, families, or groups of up to 6 people. Skiers and snowboarders can ride together in the same group. Ability: Level 4～Level 6 Price: ¥110,000 / 6.5 hours Included: Local expert guide, personalized route planning, flexible terrain access Excluded (What to bring): Valid lift pass, ski/snowboard equipment, helmet (recommended), water, snacks, sunscreen, meal
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment Your lesson is confirmed once a deposit is received. The remaining balance should be paid in cash on the day of the lesson. 2. Cancellation Policy Your reservation will be confirmed once the deposit (reservation fee) has been received. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances in the event of cancellation for personal reasons. However, if the ski resort is closed due to severe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, making it impossible to conduct the lesson, the full deposit amount will be refunded. For payments made by credit card, a 3.6% transaction fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 3. Weather and Operational Issues In the case of severe weather or ski resort closures that prevent the lesson from proceeding, you will receive a full refund. 4. Late Arrival If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible by email or message. We will do our best to adjust the schedule, but lesson time may be shortened depending on conditions. 5. Lesson Duration The lesson duration includes rest breaks and lift riding time. 6. Responsibility Participants must have valid travel insurance. We are not responsible for injuries or accidents during the lesson.
