3. Medical Fitness & Insurance
Participants must ensure they are physically fit for snowboarding. Please notify us in advance of any medical conditions. We strongly recommend having valid travel and accident insurance, as we are not liable for any medical expenses or emergencies.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of bad weather, lift closures, or other uncontrollable circumstances, lessons may be modified, rescheduled, or canceled. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or suitable alternative.
5. Equipment & Property
Participants are responsible for their own gear and personal belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
6. Media Release
We may photograph or film lessons for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image unless you inform us in advance that you do not wish to be included.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sapporo District Court.
