Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment Your lesson is confirmed once a deposit is received. The remaining balance should be paid in cash on the day of the lesson. 2. Cancellation Policy Bookings cancelled 7 days or less before the lesson date will be charged at 100% Please note the following cancellation policy will apply to all bookings: ・More than 30 days before your lesson AND prior to payment: 0% cancellation fee. ・After payment (regardless of time until lesson): 10% cancellation fee. ・Between 30 days and 7 days before your lesson: 10% cancellation fee. ・Between 7 days and 72 hours before your lesson: 30% cancellation fee. ・Within 72 hours of your lesson: 100% cancellation fee. 3. Weather and Operational Issues In the case of severe weather or ski resort closures that prevent the lesson from proceeding, you will receive a full refund. 4. Late Arrival If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible by email or message. We will do our best to adjust the schedule, but lesson time may be shortened depending on conditions. 5. Lesson Duration The lesson duration includes rest breaks and lift riding time. 6. Responsibility Participants must have valid travel insurance. We are not responsible for injuries or accidents during the lesson.
