Refund Policy

1. Assumption of Risk
Snowboarding is a physically demanding activity that involves inherent risks such as falls, collisions, and environmental hazards. By participating in our lessons or guided tours, you acknowledge and accept all such risks voluntarily. Minors must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during lessons, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. All participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

3. Medical Fitness & Insurance
Participants must ensure they are physically fit for snowboarding. Please notify us in advance of any medical conditions. We strongly recommend having valid travel and accident insurance, as we are not liable for any medical expenses or emergencies.

4. Force Majeure
In the event of bad weather, lift closures, or other uncontrollable circumstances, lessons may be modified, rescheduled, or canceled. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or suitable alternative.

5. Equipment & Property
Participants are responsible for their own gear and personal belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

6. Media Release
We may photograph or film lessons for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image unless you inform us in advance that you do not wish to be included.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sapporo District Court.
 

8.Lesson Cancellation Policy & Fees

Your reservation will be confirmed once the deposit (reservation fee) has been received.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances in the event of cancellation for personal reasons.

However, if the ski resort is closed due to severe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, making it impossible to conduct the lesson, the full deposit amount will be refunded.

For payments made by credit card, a 3.6% transaction fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
